USMLE 1 WEEK HIGH-YIELD REVIEW RESOURCES!

Updated: Jul 27

Hi everyone,

A lot of students have been asking me how they can consolidate their studying of every important topic into a few days before the exam. Here is what I used the week before my exam to have a rapid review of everything! At this time I had already read First Aid and completed UWorld so I had a good foundation for the main concepts already. I hope you find it helpful!

1) High-Yield Notes - I read through all of my notes as a quick way to review every important concept again before my exam. Having concise, high-yield bullet points allowed me to refresh every high-yield concept. Here are all of the highest yield notes you need for repetition! I like having the information organized in random, concise bullet points for repetition because it mimics the real exam and gets you thinking in the exam scenerio for quick recall.

2) Images - I annotated important pictures I found online and used this as a good way to review images I commonly came across.

3) Memorization Aid - I kept track of things I had difficulty memorizing and looked at it multiple times before the exam.

5) First Aid Rapid Review - The end of First Aid is a good way to review the important drugs, equations and some highly tested concepts.

6) Anatomy - I found this document that I flipped through and highlighted bolded concepts due to this being an area of high memorization. I didn't spend too much time reading every detail but tried to focus on important concepts I seen during my practice questions and exams!
