Self-Care and Success in Medical School

Medical school can get very busy! It is really important that we take care of our mind and body both mentally and physically to ensure we can perform our best.


Here are some things I do to stay motivated:


-Take breaks while studying to keep myself refreshed

-Eat healthy snacks and meals

-Exercise and stay active

-Take a deep breath when feeling overwhelmed

-Spirituality and prayers

-Spend time with family and friends
